Coming Next in the Labor and Employment Law Review

The January issue of our Law Review will feature the annual summary of New California Employment Laws by Michael S. Kalt and David J. Duchrow, and a look back at The Top Cases of 2020 by Ramit Mizrahi, Andrew H. Friedman, and Anthony J. Oncidi. It will also include Mediation Tips and Arbitration Bits by new ADR contributor Alan R. Berkowitz, which focuses on the topic of mediation briefs and reports on a couple of recent arbitration cases. Finally, you will be introduced to the most recent members of the Section’s Executive Committee.

In addition to the above, the issue features our usual case updates in the areas of employment law generally, wage and hour, public sector, and labor law, as well as an update on cases pending before the California Supreme Court.
