PTAB Posts Update to Orange Book Patent/biologic Patent Study

The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) has published an update to its Orange Book patent/biologic patent study. The update analyzes all America Invents Act (AIA) petitions challenging Orange Book patents and biologic patents through June 2021 and provides information on the number of petitions filed, institution rates, and claim outcomes in final written decisions.
