(3) Whether a buyer’s broker owes a duty to the seller of land to tell the seller the property is being sold below market value; 

(4) Whether a seller who sells property for below market value can rescind the sale for unilateral mistake, and if there’s time, 

(5)The right to build two units on a lot, and split a lot, zoned for single family residential use (SB 9) .
