Cannabusinesses have to innovate to remain competitive just as other companies do. At the heart of every innovation lie potentially protectible trade secrets. Our webinar will help cannabusinesses and their counsel identify the potential trade secrets in this industry and learn how to protect them, including in these Covid-19 times. We’ll also discuss some of the more recent and significant trade secrets cases involving the cannabis industry to illustrate key takeaways.

Rebecca Edelson is a partner in the Century City office of Sheppard Mullin. Bec is a seasoned business litigator whose practice also focuses on counseling clients how to avoid litigation and how to protect their intellectual property. Robert B. Milligan, a partner at Seyfarth Shaw in Century City, represents represents clients in state and federal courts in complex commercial litigation and employment litigation.
