Webinar: The How-To of Grandparent and Stepparent Visitation

This webinar will focus on Grandparent claims for custodial, visitation and guardianship rights related to minor children in existing domestic matters and the method for bringing claims where no present suit exists. Â Includes overview of past applicable statutory/case authority, recent legislation/case law developments, available avenues to grandparents with claims, and remedies/defenses available to parents. Â Also briefly addresses stepparent visitation issues.
