The discussion centers on ways to minimizes taxes for technology founders and investors both in anticipation of a liquidity event as well as planning post liquidity. It includes ways to minimize the estate, gift, income taxes and also covers tax efficient ways to achieve clients’ philanthropic goals.

Ingrid Hsia is a Wealth Strategies Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank in Palo Alto, California. Ingrid works with wealth creators to raise awareness of various approaches for transitioning their wealth. She also assists clients with possible wealth strategies in anticipation of significant liquidity and lifecycle events.
Ingrid joined Bank of America Private Bank in 2011. She spent the earlier part of her career as an estate planning attorney for several law firms in the Bay Area. Ingrid is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey from which she earned a Bachelor’s degree and a J.D. from the University’s School of Law.
