This program focuses on the proper interpretation of contracts years after their execution. Having viewed this program, the practitioner will be fully equipped to advance their own clients’ interpretations and defend against opposing parties’ theories. The practitioner who knows these rules and wields them correctly will litigation, which could result in the difference of hundreds of thousands of dollars or more.

Dennis Geis Temko is a seasoned attorney specializing in family law writs and appeals based in San Diego, California. Admitted to the California State Bar in January 2013, Dennis has built a career in appellate field with a focus on family law matters.
Dennis was involved in numerous significant cases, including Sullivan v. Sullivan (2023) 89 Cal.App.5th 585 (military retirement), In re E.E. (2020) 29 Cal.App.5th 195 [dependency jurisdiction and disposition], Menezes v. McDaniel (2019) 44 Cal.App.5th [sanctions and disentitlement doctrine], and In re Marriage of T.C. and D.C. (2018 ) 30 Cal.App.5th 868 [spousal support modification], among other earlier cases. His expertise spans a wide range of family law issues, from stock options to statutory interpretation.
Dennis is also involved in the local legal community He has volunteered for the San Diego Civil Appellate Self-Help Workshop since 2014 and presented at the workshop from 2021 to 2024. Additionally, Dennis served on the board for the San Diego Family Law Bar Association from 2019 to 2021.
