The law and lawyers have been challenged to keep up with the fast-paced, evolving world of video games. This webinar will offer practical tips for handling and advising on IP issues that arise for video game developers. Topics include use of copyrighted tattoos, dance moves, third party music, third party trademarks, rights of publicity issues, augmented reality, and more.
