Webinar: No “E” in DEI? What’s Next for DEI Programs and Beyond
December 18 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
1 Hour MCLE; 1 Implicit Bias
Everyone knows the term “DEI”, but do they know that the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) removed “E” for “Equity” from DEI this last July? This change was the most recent sign of the wave of changes we expect to see within the DEI landscape in the coming months and years. The big question is, where does this leave us and what will be the continued commitment, if any, of law firms, companies and organizations to their DEI plans, strategies, and other initiatives. Trusted employment law mediator, trainer, and thought leader, Angela Reddock-Wright, will discuss this recent change, its meaning and impact as well as what this means or could mean for employment law practitioners.
