1.5 Legal Specialization in Workers’ Compensation Law and 1.5 Participatory MCLE Credits

This program will provide an overview of the major changes to California Workers’ Compensation practice pursuant to entry into effect of the April 1, 2021, new medical legal fee schedule that introduced new requirements of the parties, evaluate strategies to limit and mitigate worst case scenarios, provide intelligent practice tips, a practical litigation road map, as well as a perspective on how and when medical legal fee issues are being litigated and resolved from a workers’ compensation judge’s perspective with perspective from both an applicant and defense attorney. The speakers will take us through these legal requirements and more to provide a high-level understanding of the impact of the new medical legal fee schedule on all practitioners and professionals in the industry and an insightful action plan.
