Alice M. Graham
Alice M. Graham practices in the area of real estate and business law, mediation and appeals. Ms. Graham handled litigation matters for over 40 years and has served as a mediator for the last 15 years, after training with the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution of Pepperdine University School of Law. Ms. Graham has authored several articles on real estate law and mediation and is an author of CEB publications on Neighbor Disputes and Easements. She has been selected as a California Super Lawyer, and has been a panelist on several occasions including the 2012 California State Bar Annual Meeting panel entitled, “Advanced Negotiation Skills.”
Jan Frankel Schau
Jan Frankel Schau has successfully mediated over 1200 cases arising out of employment, tort and business since giving up her litigation practice and becoming a full-time mediator in 2003. She has been a panel member at ADR Services for over a decade and is widely regarded as one of L.A.’s preeminent mediators, being recognized by the Los Angeles Daily Journal as a Top 50 Neutral and as a California Super Lawyer for the past 13 years. A former President of the Southern California Mediation Association, Jan is also a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators and a member of the United States District Court’s Settlement Officers Panel. Most recently, she is a proud pioneer in the brave new world of ZOOM mediations, where she Chaired a Task Force of The International Academy of Mediators in shepherding preeminent mediators worldwide to adapt to the world of on-line mediations.
