Webinar: Failure to Function or Failure of Logic? Practical Suggestions for Overcoming Refusals
December 7 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
1 Participatory MCLE Credits
Failure to function refusals are increasingly common, and also more difficult to predict. This webinar will address the different types of “failure to function.” The primary focus will be on refusals based on a mark allegedly being too widely used to function as a trademark. Our speaker will discuss whether these refusals are legally valid and will suggest strategies for responding to them.
