Webinar: Conducting Depositions Online

Avi Stadler, seasoned litigator and now general counsel for Esquire Deposition Solutions, LLC, will explain what you need to know to conduct an online deposition successfully and legally. You will understand the rules governing remote depositions, including what to do to prepare before, and what to do during and after the deposition to securely capture testimony.

Avi Stadler graduated as the First Honor Graduate from Emory University School of Law. After graduation, Avi clerked for a federal district court judge in Atlanta, Georgia and then embarked on a 15-year career as a litigator at two AmLaw 100 law firms where he has first-chaired numerous cases and taken dozens of depositions. For the past six years, Avi has been the General Counsel of Esquire Deposition Solutions, LLC, a nationwide court reporting provider. In this role, Avi helps develop technologies to assist lawyers in taking depositions as well as actively monitors state and local legislation impacting litigators.
