Combating cyber incidents and protecting a client’s data and reputation has promptly become an organization’s top priority. The FBI has reported more than 4,000 cyber incidents occur on average each day. These incidents – breach, ransomware, data privacy, etc. – can immediately disrupt operations and affect your client’s bottom line. During this panel discussion, hear an executive summary of the latest news on cyber threats, war stories and support on incident response preparedness, including areas such as cybersecurity insurance policy review best practices, state-by-state notification obligation analysis, reputation vulnerabilities, and much more. The panel will also discuss the importance the looming gaps that can exist in insurance coverage.
