This presentation will explore the rapidly changing impact of AI on Hollywood, including AI’s current effects on the WGA and SAG strikes, right of publicity (current law and proposed legislation), copyright (current law and proposed legislation), and restrictions on contracting away replication rights. This area of law is changing quickly and is a must for every practitioner who wishes to remain up-to-date on Hollywood.

Schuyler M. Moore is a partner in the corporate entertainment department of Greenberg Glusker, practicing entertainment, corporate, and tax law. Â He is the author of several books, including The Biz: The Basic Business, Legal, and Financial Aspects of the Film Industry, a popular book in its 5th edition, Taxation of the Entertainment Industry, the leading treatise on that topic. He was an adjunct professor at the UCLA School of Law and Business School and an adjunct professor at the USC School of Law, and he is a frequent speaker and writer on a wide variety of entertainment topics.
