Although vaccines have been approved, given their slow rollout, attorneys are still facing challenges that can be stressful, overwhelming, and cause strong emotions. Join us for this wellness webinar to learn how you can cope with stress in a healthy way one year later.
This is a reprise presentation with a mental health expert and fellow attorney with mindfulness experience on continuing to prioritize mental wellness one year into the global pandemic. The presentation will focus on maintaining resilience and provide new, concrete exercises and advice to keep anxiety down and further improve competency.
