Please join the Nonprofit Organizations Committee for a program on the topic of “Recent Developments at the California Franchise Tax Board For Nonprofit Organizations.” Our presenter is Audrey Rowe, Exempt Organizations Unit, Franchise Tax Board Business Entities Section. The meeting will be held jointly with the Tax Exempt Organizations Committee of the Taxation Section. This presentation will discuss the following topics:
- Update on processing timeframes of 3500/3500A
- Dissolution project
- IRS Conformity

All questions and desired topics should be submitted no later than 5:00 pm May 10, 2019. A handout will be provided prior to the meeting.
