Join us to discuss Kim Scott’s Radical Candor: How to be a Kick-Ass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity. This is a space to talk about how (or how not to) use these concepts as we serve in leadership roles at CLA, in our law offices, and in our communities.

All CLA members are welcome, but CLA’s current and aspiring leaders (section Executive Committee members, CLA committee members, etc) are especially encouraged to attend.

Our facilitated discussion will reward and encourage those who read all or part of the book without shaming anyone who doesn’t. Participants may want to check out the Radical Candor YouTube channel or podcast.

Our hope is that the book will be a vehicle for discussion of broader leadership issues.  Let’s grow together as leaders!
