On May 21st at 12:00 PM PST the California Lawyers Foundation (CLF) will be hosting a panel discussion regarding the continuing impacts of the U.S. Supreme Court decision that was issued last year addressing the legality of race-conscious affirmative action in college admissions programs, Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. (SFFA) v. President & Fellows of Harvard College (Harvard) and SFFA v. University of North Carolina (UNC).
Panelists will include Jennifer Martinez, Partner and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Hanson Bridgett and Terrance J. Evans Partner at Duane Morris and Co-Chair of the Duane Morris San Francisco Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Ms. Martinez and Mr. Evans are experts in the DE&I field, providing guidance and support to their clients, firms, and the legal community in connection with DE&I initiatives and practices. The panel will be moderated by Diego Arp, CLF Board Member. Please join us for this very important and informative program.
