Free Webinar: Heart of the Matter: Balancing Law & Life to Prevent Lawyers from Becoming a Victim of the #1 Killer
February 19 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
Free event! Presented by the CLA Health & Wellness Committee

Join Jennifer for this exciting heart health lecture for lawyers that will focus on the unique stressors and lifestyle factors that contribute to cardiovascular risk. Emphasizing the importance of managing work-related stress, maintaining a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and monitoring key health indicators like blood pressure and cholesterol, the lecture would provide practical strategies to promote long-term heart health. By addressing the specific demands of legal work—such as long hours, sedentary behavior, and high-stakes decision-making—the session would aim to equip lawyers with the knowledge to prioritize their cardiovascular well-being while managing their professional responsibilities.
