“Fearless Female Founders Attack Microaggressions: What are they and how can we eliminate them in the practice of law?” It features a diverse, intersectional group of female founders and partners at law firms discussing topics such as how law firms can develop meaningful policies and procedures to attack microaggressions and train staff and attorneys how to recognize microaggressions and to avoid being complicit when witnessing microaggressions in the workplace.
Black Women Lawyers’ Chambord Benton-Hayes will also discuss how, from an employment law perspective, CA treats microaggressions in the workplace.
