Whether you are an athlete, 10,000 step counter, stroller, or beginner. Perhaps you are managing instability, injury, or recovering from surgery. Nordic walking can offer something for everyone! Jack Elledge will introduce us to Nordic Walking, the poles, techniques and benefits, and there will be time for Q&A.

Please do not purchase poles prior to joining this discussion. There is much to understand regarding which pole is the best choice for you. For those of you who may already own poles, we will be discussing how to get the most of what you already own and how your experience may be different with different types of poles.

Jacki Elledge, a fitness instructor and master coach, has worked in the natural health, nutrition and fitness industries for the past 29 years. She began as a certified massage therapist and childbirth doula, then became a Nordic Walking Trainer and Coach before becoming a Yoga Instructor and Instructor Trainer.

Jacki progressed in her devotion to movement by opening Moving with Jacki, a business that provides Yoga and Nordic Walking education and community movement-based opportunities.
Through demos, classes, consultations, and trainings, Jacki can coach adult movers of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels.
