Antitrust enforcement of technology mergers, both high-tech and biotech, has been a hot topic for quite some time. We know that antitrust analysis of these deals may not always be straightforward, and we have questions! Does the analysis of tech deals differ from other industries? How should markets be defined? What role do innovation and entry by potential competitors play? Is enforcement of “killer acquisitions” really a novel antitrust concept? Join us for a program featuring panelists from the government and the private sector who will discuss these and other important questions relating to antitrust analysis of technology mergers.
