The IP and the Internet Conference is back! The California Lawyers Association IP Section is pleased to announce the return of one of its flagship programs, focusing on the complex legal issues of internet law. The conference will cover a wide range of internet law topics, from new issues like Non-fungible Tokens (NFTs), to evergreen and constantly evolving issues like privacy, cybersecurity and website legal compliance. Then, we’ll finish the day off with an internet law year in review presented by two giants of internet law, Professor Eric Goldman of Santa Clara University and Ian Ballon from Greenberg Traurig!
We hope to (virtually) see you there!
