Solicitation of Articles for Environmental Law News

The ELS’s biannual publication, Environmental Law News, continues to feature a broad range of topics and voices reflecting myriad significant environmental law issues.  Past issues are available to members on the Section’s Publications page. The next issue is expected in June 2019, and will feature articles on environmental legislation, California’s methane standards, sustainable groundwater management, and bioenergy development in California, among others.  Environmental Law News is currently soliciting articles for the issue due in Fall 2019.  First draft articles would be due on August 1, 2019.  If you have an article suggestion, please contact us at steinj@law.ucla.edu.
