Patent Law Symposium Set for San Francisco
The Practice Program of the Northern District of California invites you to a February 26 panel focused on fostering diversity in patent and intellectual property trial teams, including identifying the diversity-oriented concerns in these types of trials and strategies for addressing those concerns.
Panelists include U.S. District Judge Edward M. Chen, U.S. Magistrate Judge Virginia K. DeMarchi and Morrison & Foerster Partner Arturo J. González. WilmerHale Partner Sonal N. Mehta will moderate.
