Patent Law Symposium Set for San Francisco

The Practice Program of the Northern District of California invites you to a February 26 panel focused on fostering diversity in patent and intellectual property trial teams, including identifying the diversity-oriented concerns in these types of trials and strategies for addressing those concerns.

Panelists include U.S. District Judge Edward M. Chen, U.S. Magistrate Judge Virginia K. DeMarchi and Morrison & Foerster Partner Arturo J. González. WilmerHale Partner Sonal N. Mehta will moderate.

TIME: 5:30 p.m. You are encouraged to join us starting at 4:30 p.m. for a catered reception.

LOCATION: Thelton E. Henderson Ceremonial Courtroom, U.S. District Court, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, 19th Floor, San Francisco, CA.

MCLE: 1.0-hour Elimination of Bias. Please check the Northern District Practice Program website for materials before attending the session; hard copy materials will not be provided.
