First District Seeking Attorneys to Represent Inmates in Death Penalty-Related Habeas Corpus Proceedings
The Regional Habeas Corpus Panel Committee for the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, is seeking qualified lawyers to represent indigent persons in death penalty-related habeas corpus proceedings in the superior courts. The rate of pay for such representation has not been set. Attorneys with their principal place of business in the First District, or with their principal place of business outside the State of California, should send their completed application and application materials to the email below.
