California Lawyers Association’s Criminal Law Section to Present Annual Trial Skills Update Seminar on November 4
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (October 26, 2023): The Criminal Law Section of California Lawyers Association (CLA) is proud to present the Annual Trial Skills Update Seminar in Oakland on Saturday, November 4, 2023. The annual seminar will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at CSU East Bay in the Oakland Professional Development & Conference Center. The event itinerary includes compelling presentations by industry leaders on topics such as the Elimination of Bias/Implicit Bias, The Road Map to Making Your Case in Opening Statements, and Disaster Preparedness: Making A Record and Protecting Your Client While Thinking About Appeals, just to name a few.

Registration is open to all California attorneys and law students, and attendees do not have to be members of California Lawyers Association to participate.
