2019 is the 100th anniversary of the passage of the Nineteenth Amendment. This important moment in U.S. history providing for women’s right to vote was discussed in a program at the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference in Spokane, Washington. Panelists included the Hon. Dorothy Nelson, Senior Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Hon. Morgan Christen, Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Stephenie Foster of Smash Strategies, Professor Rebecca Mead and Elaine Weiss.
