Member Spotlight

This month, we are excited to highlight the achievements of Business Law Section member, Nina L. Hong.

Commencing in 2023, Nina Hong became the president of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association.  She is a partner at the national law firm of Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP in its Los Angeles office and regularly writes and speaks about California and Delaware corporate law.

Nina has represented clients in numerous corporate matters including formation, governance, restructurings, compliance with federal and state securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings. It is no surprise that Nina has been a member of the Business Law Section’s Corporations and Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies Committees. 

In her spare time, she participates in events organized by the Committee of 100, of which she was a past member of its Leadership and Mentoring Program.  The Committee of 100 is a membership organization of Chinese Americans dedicated to leadership in America.  Also, she continues to be actively involved in planning programs for the Century City Bar Association, of which she was the immediate past president.
