Health Law Committee

Members of the BLS Health Law Committee (HLC) represent clients in all segments of the health care industry, including physicians, hospitals and other institutional providers.  Membership in the HLC provides the opportunity to meet and network with other health law attorneys, as well as have access to may great benefits specific to healthcare practice.  HLC also works to influence the laws that affect healthcare practices by proposing new laws and commenting on existing law.  The HLC also publishes eBulletins with case law and other updates of interest to health law practitioners.

The Health Law Committee recently co-hosted a  webinar on issues impacting health care providers during the Covid-10 pandemic on Data Privacy in California Today: An Insurance Perspective on the California Consumer Privacy.
