Commercial Transactions Committee Seeks Members

The Commercial Transactions Committee (the “CTC”), a standing committee of the CLA Business Law Section (the “Section”), is currently seeking members.

Formerly known as the Uniform Commercial Code (“UCC”) Committee, the CTC serves as a forum to educate California Lawyers Association Section members and State Bar of California members on current issues and recent developments in commercial law and secured transactions and to communicate with the California State Legislature and other groups concerning proposed legislation, revision, and issues regarding current statutes and regulations. The CTC is particularly known for its extensive Hidden Liens Report.
