In a rare and high-profile merger trial, thirteen states and the District of Columbia unsuccessfully challenged T-Mobile’s acquisition of Sprint. While the parties prepared opening statements, they never delivered them because Judge Victor Marrero ordered the parties to proceed directly to testimony. Trial counsel will present their opening statements and then discuss the lessons learned during the trial.
