Several issues of the Business Law News are now posted in the Members Only Area of the Section's website. The Board is also working on adding a searchable index of the News to the Member Only Area. We will let you know here when it is available.
The Section also publishes an annual review of recent developments and new legislation of interest to California practitioners. The material is provided by the Section's Standing Committees and assembled and edited by the Editorial Board. The 2001-2006 Annual Reviews are posted in the Members Only Area. For more information, see Annual Review of Recent Developments and Legislation.
