Starting Salary: $115,000
The Website Development Manager (WDM) is responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of the infrastructure, hardware, and software utilized for the California Lawyers Association’s (CLA) website and keep them running smoothly . This includes designing, building, and implementing new Web pages and sites; integrating sites with back end applications; migrating legacy applications to the Web; and performing day-to-day administration of the organization’s Web portfolio. The WDM monitors web traffic, performance and capacity to identify, prevent and resolve issues. Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure that the site provides content and functionality that meet the business needs of the organization. Maintains appropriate security and troubleshoots any issues. Works in conjunction with offsite IT provider to troubleshoot and assist in resolving other daily IT issues that arise. Use of a variety of Web development languages is required.
