Reports to: Operations Training and Development Manager
Starting Salary: $35,000
The receptionist welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges. Receives and sorts incoming mail, accepts deliveries, handles incoming calls, and assists other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and research as needed. The receptionist is responsible for managing the calendar for the conference room and ordering catering for in-house meetings. The receptionist assists with hotel arrangements for the Board and other committees as needed.
