California Lawyers Foundation

The California Lawyers Foundation was formed in 2019 to serve as the charitable arm of the California Lawyers Association.

As an auxiliary charitable organization of the CLA, the Foundation will conduct charitable and educational programs that further the Foundation’s and the CLA’s common mission of promoting excellence, diversity, and inclusion in the legal profession and fairness in the administration of justice and the rule of law.

The Foundation plans to offer continuing legal education (CLE) and other programs to support and educate lawyers and others in the legal profession. In addition, the Foundation will undertake initiatives to fill gaps in the areas of Access to Justice/Pro Bono, Diversity, and Civics Engagement and Outreach.
